On-Staff Architect
Besides designing and preparing blueprints with you by their side, our architect is also involved in the construction of your home. The architect will work with you to build the home of your dreams! Sitting down with you to start sketching out design plans and then ultimately creating a blueprint that is exactly how you want it while also keeping in mind the costs.
On Staff Interior Designer
Is a home really home until you can see yourself living in it?
Our Interior Designer will create functional, safe, and aesthetically pleasing spaces by assessing space requirements, determining optimal furniture placement, and selecting decorative items, all while adhering to relevant blueprint, building code, and inspection requirements.
Communication
Our greatest desire is you feel communicated with, throughout the whole building process. At the beginning of the build we will ask you which form of communication works best for you, and then that’s how we communicate the progress and updates of the build of your dream home.

Bookkeeping
Finances and staying on budget can be hard when building a home. Our accounting department will give you updates and break down the cost of each item as you build your home. The detailed procedure helps you know where you are at on your finances.
